I am hiding out in a Starbucks, allowing a cool down period between me and #2. Note from school, homework meltdowns. I lost count at 5 meltdowns. God. 'Shell' is a verb in Florida. I can't help but succumb to the collecting urge, even though I know they will end up in a box or a glass container on a shelf when I get home. I've been avoiding fandom cause I haven't kept up with things (Tempus remains unwatched on the DVR) and avoiding reading fic because I'm not writing any and avoiding the news because it's depressing. But still I have some thoughts.

Home tomorrow, and there for two days. Then another class for three days. It's been a week of stops and starts, of beginnings, and beginnings of endings, of role reversals and expected and unexpected problems including major home repair.
